How does a PDC bit work?

The PDC bit is mainly based on the cutting teeth installed on the body of the bit. However, these cutting teeth also have two kinds of structure, which are the composite cutting teeth and the tooth column.
The diamond composite cutting teeth are mainly formed by welding the composite sheets directly into the reserved grooves above the drill body, so it is usually used in the carcass bit.
The tooth column cutting teeth are mainly welded to the tungsten carbide column, which will be embedded in the tooth column or in the teeth that are welded on the body of the bit. It is usually used in the steel bit, and some of them are used in the PDC bit of the matrix.
